At Album Surf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in brand-new, unused condition. Please note that custom surfboard orders and used equipment are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware is included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
